THIS IS A RECIPE THAT I CAME UP WITH A WILE BACK AND USE IT BECAUSE IT WILL NOT BURN YOUR OIL LIKE DRY RECIPE AND YOU CAN ADD ANY THING TO IT FOR FLAVOR. WE USE IT ON ONION RINGS, CATFISH, SHRIMP,TROUT, RED FISH, ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T STICK ON OTHER RECIPE.

- MIXT ALL THING IN MIXER AND ADD WATER THEN LET SIT FOR 1 HOUR TO BLIND TOGETHER I USE ZIPLOCK GAL. BAGS FOR IT. IF YOU ADD MORE WATER IT WILL NOT HAVE A THICK CRUST. REMBER NOT TO LET THE FISH OVER COOK. WHEN THE FISH FLOATS THEY ARE READY ADD MORE SALT YOU REMOVE THE FISH.
