A light Avocado & Tomato Salad

Perfect for a light lunch, or side dish to any main course.

Ingredientes

  • One Haas Ripe Avocado (pitted) scoop flesh-Sliced
  • One Ripe Tomato (cut into wedges)
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon (Juice only)
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea or Kosher Salt
  • Garnish with Cilantro or Parsley (chopped finely)
  • One tablespoon Canola Oil
  • Dash of Vinegar
  • Dash Of Black pepper (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Scoop flesh from Ripe Avocado-Sliced (remove pit)
  2. Cut Ripe Tomato into wedges
  3. Plate Avocado/Tomato, add lemon juice, salt, dash of black pepper
  4. Cilantro or Parsley (As garnish), oil and vinegar
  5. (Note: I usually chill salad for 15-20 minutes before serving)
