- Scoop flesh from Ripe Avocado-Sliced (remove pit)
- Cut Ripe Tomato into wedges
- Plate Avocado/Tomato, add lemon juice, salt, dash of black pepper
- Cilantro or Parsley (As garnish), oil and vinegar
- (Note: I usually chill salad for 15-20 minutes before serving)
