Ingredientes

  • 1 env unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 6 ounce Roquefort cheese
  • 6 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  • 4 x Scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. Pine nuts
  • 4 x Black olives, minced
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Note: grams noted in Notes section are for carbohydrate grams only.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand. Push Roquefort cheese through strainer. Add in cream cheese and cream to Roquefort cheese. Mix well. Add in gleatin, scallions, pine nuts, olives and slat to cheese mix. Mix well.
  3. Spray a 3-c. ring mold with cooking spray and pour mix into mold.
  4. Chill, gently stir occasionally till set.
