Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Shortening
  • 1/2 c. Ice Water

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour and salt.
  2. Cut in shortening thoroughly with pastry blender.
  3. Add in ice water and blend till dough cleans bowl and is no longer sticky.
  4. Divide into 2 balls.
  5. Roll out on floured board, sprinkle a little flour on top of dough to make rolling easier.
  6. Roll from center outward.
  7. This amount makes sufficient for a double crust to fit a 9" pan.
