Ingredientes

  • 1 gal Water
  • 11/2 c. Salt
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 x Cloves garlic-chopped., (up to 2)

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients and let salt and sugar dessolve. Add in meat and place in refrigerator for up to 2 days. Prepare your smoker as per manufactures instructions. Smoke meat till done. Normally a 5 pound roast will take about 6 hrs and should be at about 170*.
