As some of you may know, we tend to raise an eyebrow (or two) when we see ingredients like partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, artifi cial flavor, and artificial colors — Red 40, Blue 1, Yellow 6 – on food product labels. Those ingredients are often the norm in cake and frosting mixes, which busy moms and dads (and yes, even The Meal Makeover Moms) rely on from time to time.
