%20of%20the%20Baker%20brand%20pie%20filling%20and%20spread%20it%20over%20the%20top%20of%20the%20crust.%20(Use%20the%20whole%20jar%20if%20you%20are%20doing%20a%209x13%20pan.)%20I%20love%20this%20pie%20filling%20because%20they%20divulge%20exactly%20what%20is%20in%20their%20filling%20on%20the%20label.%20They%20say%20where%20their%20modified%20food%20starch%20is%20derived%20from,%20that%20they%20use%20tapioca%20flour,%20and%20I%20can%20pronounce%20every%20word%20on%20there.%20Plus%20it%20tastes%20pretty%20good.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20I%20created%20a%20cream%20cheese%20frosting%20layer%20to%20go%20over%20the%20top%20of%20the%20blueberries%20in%20my%20stand%20mixer.%20I%20put%20one%20package%20of%20softened%20cream%20cheese,%20the%20rest%20of%20my%20softened%20stick%20of%20butter%20(3%20T),%20and%201%201/2%20cups%20of%20powdered%20sugar%20in%20the%20mixer%20and%20let%20it%20beat%20until%20it's%20nice%20and%20creamy.%20I'm%20somewhat%20of%20a%20purist,%20though,%20and%20next%20time%20I%20make%20this%20I%20think%20I'll%20leave%20out%20the%20butter.%20I%20like%20the%20tanginess%20of%20the%20straight%20cream%20cheese.%20But%20you%20may%20like%20it%20this%20way%20better.%20It's%20not%20bad.%20It%20actually%20makes%20it%20spread%20a%20little%20easier.%20I%20spread%20that%20over%20the%20top%20and%20then%20added%20my%20little%20pretzel%20crumbles%20to%20the%20top.%20Let%20this%20refrigerate%20for%20at%20least%20an%20hour%20(two%20to%20three%20is%20better)%20and%20use%20a%20squared%20spatula%20to%20serve%20it.%20It%20works%20a%20little%20easier%20in%20the%20square%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20may%20not%20come%20out%20looking%20like%20much,%20but%20it%20tastes%20great!%20You%20could%20substitute%20cherries%20or%20strawberries%20or%20raspberries,%20if%20those%20are%20your%20favorite%20flavors,%20provided%20you%20find%20a%20gluten%20free%20canned%20filling.%20Or,%20of%20course,%20you%20could%20make%20your%20own!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHappy%20eating!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
