Abalone Saltimbocca is a bit involved because you'll probably have to prepare

your own abalone "out there". They must be cleaned, sliced very thin,

and pounded for quite a while or possibly they will not be tender.

12 x abalone steaks, pounded

1/2 x Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 c. flour plus more for coating

2 x Large eggs beaten with 2 tbsp lowfat milk

2 Tbsp. oil

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

3/4 c. white wine
