Ingredientes

  • 5 lb shrimp - (to 6 lbs)
  • 2 stk butter melted
  • 2 stk margarine melted
  • 3 x 4 ounces Worchestershire sauce - (to 4 ounce)
  • 4 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 2 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
  • 3 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tsp grnd rosemary
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 x lemons - (2 juiced, 2 sliced)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except shrimp and sliced lemon) in a bowl. Arrange shrimp and lemon slices in baking dish and then cover with sauce. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 min (stirring once or possibly twice).
  2. Serve with basmati rice, a fresh green vegetable, fresh green salad with savory dressing and warm bread for dunking in the sauce.
