- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except shrimp and sliced lemon) in a bowl. Arrange shrimp and lemon slices in baking dish and then cover with sauce. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 min (stirring once or possibly twice).
- Serve with basmati rice, a fresh green vegetable, fresh green salad with savory dressing and warm bread for dunking in the sauce.
