Abm Awesome Dinner Rolls

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 1 x egg
  • 31/4 c. bread flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp yeast

Direcciones

  1. Put ingredients in the bread pan in order directed by your manufacturer. Set for DOUGH cycle. When finished, pull the dough apart into about 12 balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet 2-inches apart and brush with melted butter. Cover and set in a hot place to rise for about 30-40 min or possibly till nearly doubled in size. Bake at 350*F for approximately 30 min or possibly till lightly golden (mine usually take only about 20 min). Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter again. Serve hot.
  2. YIELD: 12 dinner rolls
  3. (NOTE: I let mine rise longer than called for with no adverse reaction)
