Ingredientes

  • 4 x Six-Oz Halibut Steaks Salt Pepper
  • 1 x Egg, Beaten
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Small Cooked Shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. Capers
  • 1/4 c. Fresh Lemon Juice Warm Cooked Rice Lemon Wedges

Direcciones

  1. Season halibut steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Dip in beaten egg and saute/fry in a warm skillet with melted butter 2 to 3 min on each side.
  2. Remove to a serving plate and keep hot.
  3. Add in shrimp to pan with capers and lemon juice. Cook for 1 to 2 min, scraping pan, and stirring well. Spoon sauce and shrimp over halibut steaks and garnish with lemon wedges.
  4. Serve with warm rice.
