Ingredientes

  • 11/2 Tbsp. White sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 21/2 Tbsp. Hot water
  • 30 x Red or possibly green bird's-eye chilies sliced

Direcciones

  1. Mix sugar, vinegar, salt and water till sugar dissolves. Combine with chilies and leave for 2-3 hrs before use. Keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
