Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Acorn meal
  • 1/2 c. Cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl beat egg, and add in the liquid ingredients. Combine with a few swift strokes. Pour batter into a small square greased pan and bake at 425 for 20 minutes or possibly till hard to the touch. Serve warm with butter.
