Ingredientes

  • 1 lb prepared bread dough (one loaf, thawed)
  • 4 tsp roasted garlic oil, see note
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • (we used a combination of Romano and Parmesan)
  • 2 tsp fresh, minced rosemary
  • 1/4 c. walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Separate dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each piece into a 5-inch circle. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Remove from oven and brush with oil. Sprinkle proportionately with remaining ingredients and return to oven. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 min or possibly till golden brown around the edges. Slice each round in half.
