Ingredientes

  • 3 x Shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 c. Chicken stock
  • 1 c. Sherry vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Aged sherry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan caramelize shallots in extra virgin olive oil. Add in chicken stock and sherry vinegar. Reduce by 1/2. Add in aged sherry vinegar and reduce to a sauce consistency. Add in butter, honey and season to taste with salt and pepper.
