Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Angel hair pasta
  • 4 x Aidells Lemon Chicken
  • Sausage -- sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Tomatoes, red ripe -- diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice, fresh
  • 20 x Leaves fresh basil -- cut
  • Into strips
  • 5 Tbsp. Fresh parsley -- chopped
  • Salt and pepper -- to taste
  • Parmesan cheese -- grated

Direcciones

  1. While pasta is cooking to al dente in salted boiling water, saute/fry sausage in oil for 4-6 minutes. till heated through. Add in tomatoes, lemon juice, basil, and parsley. Drain pasta and toss with mix till well coated.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
