Receta Air Fryer Stuffed Salmon
by Gregs Kitchen

Once again I have found another great dish to do in my Air Fryer.  I love salmon.  I love it just about any where there is accept outside my house.  I have never found salmon in a restaurant that I have liked.  Maybe I’m just biased, but I do like my versions best.  I think you might as well. This is a quick and easy recipe you can do in an air fryer and not worry about heating up your kitchen. Ingredients: Four 6 oz Salmon filets 1 cup crab meat, pulled apart (if you can’t get fresh you can use imitation) ½ bread seasoned bread crumbs 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 clove fresh garlic, minced ¼ sweet onion diced 2 tablespoons hot sauce (optional) Salt & pepper (to taste) 1/4 honey 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon bourbon. Wash the salmon filets and then slice down the middle to form a pouch by opening up into a small circle Combine the crab, bread crumbs, cream cheese, garlic, onion, hot sauce and salt and pepper in a small bowl.  Try not to break up the crab meat to much. Divide and spoon the mixture into the 4 salmon pieces. Combine the honey, brown sugar and bourbon in a small bowl and set aside. Place the stuffed salmon in air fryer basket or tray in place in air fryer. Set air fryer to 400°F and cook for about 18-20 minutes Brush the honey mixture onto the salmon when there’s about 3 minutes left in cooking process.  Don’t do from beginning or it may burn. Cook till salmon is flaky and cooked through (145° internal temp).  65,917 total views,  587 views today You may like these recipes too: National Donut Day Autism Awareness Family Recipes Holiday Apple Crisp Blackberry Pie Bars Country White Bread
