Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Shortening (used Stick Oleo)
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Yeast

Direcciones

  1. Add in ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions.
  2. This is the best loaf of light, airy bread which I have made in my ABM. I wish I could say what ABM Bread book it came from, but I got the recipe before I was concerned about such things. Never made it till now.
  3. I should add in I use a scant tsp of sugar, usually add in 3/4 c. of raisins, and which I run it on Sweet in my MisterLoaf ABM. It comes just a fraction of an inch from the inside top almost every time I make it.
