Ingredientes

  • 3 x Peppers, red, warm, seeded
  • 3 x Peppers, bell, red, seeded
  • 4 x Peppercorns, white
  • 4 lrg Garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Lime juice
  • 1/2 c. Oil, olive

Direcciones

  1. Lb. peppers, peppercorns, garlic and salt in a mortar, or possibly chop in processor finely. Transfer to a bowl and beat in lime juice and oil. Served with suckling pig.
