Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Penne pasta
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 11/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 dsh Warm pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Curry sauce
  • 2 lrg Tomatoes, seeded and minced
  • 2/3 c. Minced green bell pepper
  • 2/3 c. Minced red bell pepper
  • 1 can (5z) sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. Freshly minced mint
  • 1/2 c. Minced red onion
  • 4 tsp Orange juice
  • 5 ounce Small shrimp, cooked
  • 5 ounce Crab meat

Direcciones

  1. Directions: Cook the pasta using package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water; set aside. Combine the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, mustard, cumin, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper sauce and curry sauce in a small bowl. Whisk till smooth. Mix the tomatoes, bell peppers, water chestnuts, green onions, mint, onion, orange juice, shrimp and crab meat in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the dressing over the mix, tossing to coat. Add in the pasta, tossing well. Serve chilled.
