Ingredientes

  • 6 slc bacon chopped
  • 1 sm onion chopped
  • 1 can chopped clams - (4 to 6 ounce)
  • 1 lrg or possibly 2 small potatoes cut small pcs
  • 1/2 tsp salt or possibly to taste
  • 11/2 c. water
  • 1/2 can canned lowfat milk
  • 1 quart lowfat milk
  • Crackers for serving

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry bacon till half crisp in frying pan. Place in medium saucepan with heavy bottom if possible. Add in onions, clams in juice, potatoes, salt and water. Simmer for 15 min.
  2. Add in canned lowfat milk and the one qt lowfat milk. Bring just under a boil - don't boil. Hold at medium hot, and serve with crackers.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
