- Cut sablefish in 1 1/2-inch chunks; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir-fry sablefish, vegetables and thyme in warm oil 8 to 10 min or possibly till sablefish flakes easily when tested with a fork and vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
- This recipe yields 4 or possibly 5 servings. Recipe may be halved or possibly doubled.
- Serving tip: Stir-fry sablefish and vegetables may be served with warm green pasta.
