Ingredientes

  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 x snow crab clusters thawed if necessary
  • 3/4 c. peanut oil
  • 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. sherry
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. grated ginger
  • 2 x teaspoonss grated orange zest
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped garlic

Direcciones

  1. For Teriyaki Marinade: Whisk together all ingredients; set aside.
  2. Place chicken in glass pan. Cover with 3/4 c. Teriyaki Marinade. Set aside 1/2 c. Teriyaki Marinade for dipping sauce. This shouldn't touch raw chicken. Cover chicken with plastic and chill 4 to 8 hrs.
  3. Place chicken on broiling pan and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 15 to 20 min. Turn chicken while broiling and brush with another 1/4 c. Teriyaki Marinade.
  4. Meanwhile, brush snow crab with oil and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 5 min. Serve chicken and crab with reserved 1/2 c. Teriyaki Marinade for dipping.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
