Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Alaska snow crab clusters, single-cut legs or possibly split legs, thawed if necessary
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 tsp oregano crushed

Direcciones

  1. Rinse crab under cold water. Cut crab into serving-sized pcs; score backs of leg sections using a large heavy knife or possibly slit with kitchen shears.
  2. Saute/fry onion and garlic in butter till tender; stir in remaining ingredients except crab. Simmer 5 min. Serve warm with chilled or possibly steamed crab.
