Ingredientes

  • 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2/3 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
  • 1 dsh grnd nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Place butter and cream in large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook and stir till butter melts and mix bubbles; cook and stir 2 min more. Stir in salt, pepper and nutmeg. Remove from heat.
  2. Gradually stir in cheese till thoroughly blended and smooth. Return briefly to heat to completely blend cheese, but don't let sauce bubble or possibly cheese will become lumpy and tough.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings;
