Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Shortening
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. All-bran cereal
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 pkt Yeast
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 5 c. Flour

Direcciones

  1. Heat shortening into water. Add in sugar, cereal & salt, then cold to lukewarm. Soften yeast in 1 c. hot water then mix with Large eggs. Add in to bran mix. Add in flour & beat thoroughly. Cover & let rise. Punch down, cover & place in refrigerator till ready to use. Form into rolls. Let rise. Bake at 450 for 20 min. Will keep about a week. Dough is soft.
  2. Makes alighter roll if refrigerated before using.
