Ingredientes

  • 2 x Young wild ducks cut serving pcs
  • 1/2 c. Flour seasoned with
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 x Egg beaten with
  • 1 Tbsp. Cool water
  • 1 c. Fine bread crumbs seasoned with
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd sage Fat for browning

Direcciones

  1. Roll bird pcs in seasoned flour, then dip into beaten egg, then dredge with seasoned crumbs. Brown completely in warm fat. Reduce heat and cook, uncovered, till done, turning carefully as needed.
  2. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
