Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Sliced almonds
  • 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Orange zest
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 5 x Egg whites

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Toast almonds under broiler for 2 to 3 min, shaking constantly. Allow to cold. Place in food processor and chop till pwdr. Add in sugar, orange zest and cinnamon to a mixing bowl and stir in almond pwdr. In a separate bowl, whip Large eggs whites to hard peaks. Fold into almond mix. Grease a 12-slot muffin pan and fill each c.. Bake 12 to 15 min, till a toothpick exits cleanly. Allow to cold before serving.
  3. This recipe yields 12 cupcakes.
