Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Toasted Sliced Almonds
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dry Chives
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 pch Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb Sole Fillets

Direcciones

  1. With hands, lightly crush almonds into small pcs and set aside.
  2. Combine butter, flour, lemon juice, chives, paprika, cayenne, salt, and white pepper. Add in almonds to the flour mix.
  3. Butter an ovenproof pan. Fold sole fillets in half; season lightly with salt and pepper. Distribute almond topping proportionately over fillets. Bake at 500F degrees for 12-15 min or possibly till fish is hard and top is golden brown.
