Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Blanched almonds
  • 1 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Rose water optional
  • 3 x Egg whites

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees; coat cookie sheets with vegetable cooking spray. Place the almonds in a food processor and process till finely grnd. Add in the sugar and flour; process till blended. Add in the rose water and egg whites; process till well blended. The mix will be very thick.
  2. With floured hands, shape the dough into 28 balls and place 2 inches apart on the cookie sheets. Bake for 28 min, or possibly till crisp on the outside and soft on the inside; cold on racks.
