Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. thinly-sliced green onions and tops
  • 1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
  • 1 x egg beaten
  • 3 c. cool cooked rice
  • 2 ounce diced cooked ham - (abt 1/2 c.)
  • 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds toasted

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in warm wok or possibly large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in green onions and bell pepper; stir-fry 1 minute. Add in egg and scramble. Stir in rice and cook till heated through, gently separating grains. Add in ham and soy sauce; cook and stir till mix is well blended.
  2. Just before serving, stir in almonds.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
