- Heat oil in warm wok or possibly large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in green onions and bell pepper; stir-fry 1 minute. Add in egg and scramble. Stir in rice and cook till heated through, gently separating grains. Add in ham and soy sauce; cook and stir till mix is well blended.
- Just before serving, stir in almonds.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
