Ingredientes

  • 4 tsp Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1/2 c. Cool Water
  • 1 1/2 c. Boiling Water
  • 3/4 c. Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
  • 1 x Pear, peeled,cored,cubed
  • 1 c. Seedless Red Grapes
  • 2 x Kiwi Fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 x Orange, peeled,sectioned
  • 1 1/3 c. Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/4 c. Orange Juice

Direcciones

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the gelatin and cool water. Add in the boiling water and stir till the gelatin is completely dissolved. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in the dry lowfat milk and sugar and return to a boil. Stir in the almond extract and cinnamon. When the cinnamon is dissolved, pour the mix into an 8 inch square pan. Cover and chill till hard, about 1 hour.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pear, grapes, kiwifruits, orange, pineapple and orange juice. Gently toss to mix well.
  3. To serve, cut the gelatin into 1 inch squares, add in to the fruit and toss gently. Divide among 4 individual bowls.
  4. NOTES : Kiwifruits, oranges and pineapples are all excellent sources of vitamin C.
