Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Knox gelatin
  • 1 cup. Water
  • 1 cup. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond extract
  • 1 tsp Sugar (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Boil the water and dissolve the gelatin.
  2. Add in lowfat milk and stir.
  3. Throw in almond extract (I pour in 1T, then I pour in a little extra). Stir. (Add in the sugar earlier with the gelatin)
  4. Gel in a square pan in the refrigerator.
  5. When gelled, cut into squares.
  6. I serve it with fruit cocktail.
