Ingredientes

  • 1 can (8 ounce) almond paste
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Confectioner's sugar Sliced almonds

Direcciones

  1. Grease and flour cookie sheet. Tap off excess flour.
  2. Break up paste into blender. Add in egg whites, salt and vanilla and beat at low speed till smooth. Slowly add in sugar and continue to blend till dough forms.
  3. Place rounded spoonful onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 20 min.
  4. Yield: 36
