Almond Mushroom Wild Rice

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. uncooked wild rice
  • 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion

Direcciones

  1. Rinse and drain rice; place in a 1 1/2-qt baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Add in the remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs, or possibly till liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  2. Serves six.
