Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract
  • 1 1/4 c. minced peeled fresh peaches (or possibly a 16 ounce. can of peaches, liquid removed and minced)
  • 1/2 c. almonds, minced

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. In another bowl beat Large eggs, oil and extracts; stir in dry ingredients just till moistened. Mix in peaches and almonds. Fill greased or possibly paper-lined muffin c. 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 min.
  2. Yields about 12 standard size muffins.
