Ingredientes

  • 14 ounce Shortcrust pastry
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3 1/2 ounce Caster sugar
  • 4 ounce Grnd Almonds Decoration
  • 5 ounce Icing Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 12 x Glace Cherries

  1. Pre heat oven to 400*F Roll out dough and use to line 12 tatlet tins.Bake blind for 10 minutes. then remove from oven. Seperate Large eggs. Add in sugar to yolks and wisk together until pale and thick. Mix in grnd almonds. In another bowl, wisk egg whites until stif, then fold into almond mix. Fill pastry cases with almond mix. Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. until center is hard and springy. Leave to cold. Sift icing sugar into abowl and beat in lowfat milk and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over tartlets. Decorate with whole glazed cherries leave until set.
