Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs, separated
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 3 ounce Sweet butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Toasted almond oil
  • 1 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Toasted almonds, grnd

Direcciones

  1. Soften butter; don't let it heat. Combine with toasted oil. Butter and flour Madeleine molds. Combine yolks and sugar, then stir in butter mix. Mix baking pwdr and flour together and stir into mix. Beat egg whites stiff and mix in. Add in grnd almonds. Place a decent spoonful of dough in each mold, approximately half full. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 min till golden brown.
  2. Yields: 20-24 Madeleines.
