  1. Stir together gently with a wire whisk till all ingredients are combined. Store in a sealable container.
  2. When it comes time to bake them, here are the instructions (that I affixed to the top of the jars on an index card.)
  3. You need: 1 8 ounce. container of fat free vanilla yogurt (I like Dannon the best)
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Empty dry contents into a medium bowl. Add in the yogurt and stir well. Mix will be rather thick.
  6. Lightly spray an 8 x 8 inch pan with cooking spray, and spread the brownie mix into the pan.
  7. Bake for 31-33 min, till brownies test ALMOST done.
  8. Cold completely and enjoy!
  9. Notes: Turbinado sugar is just like Sugar in the Raw, I think. I just like it better than granulated white stuff. It can be found, along with Ghiradelli chocolate at most grocery stores, but my favorite place to shop is Meijer's. They never are out of what I need.
  10. Also, I say remove from over when brownies are almost done because they will continue to cook a bit out of the oven. The tooth pick will have a little bit of residue on it, but nothing gooey.
  11. Lastly, these brownies are best when totally cooled down. So resist the temptation, because it's really worth it.
  12. NOTES : This was just posted on 3FC's WW Dessert board. It looks like it has potential. I haven't tried it myself, but Kaitlyn vouches for the results. I haven't run this through Mastercook. I'll bet which the calories aren't which low (considering which it calls for 1 1/2 c. of sugar.
  13. Here's a recipe for something I have been working on... fat free brownie fold in a jar. Almost everyone I know is health conscious but are also plagued by an insatiable sweet tooth (like me)! So I'm whipping up a few batches of these, and putting them in jars and giving them away as little gifts. Hope someone else out there tries this... they're really good and fudgy (I like fudgy brownies better than cake-like). [Kaitlyn]
