Ingredientes

  • 7 x Russet potatoes
  • 1/3 c. Cider vinegar
  • 2/3 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 x Hard-cooked Large eggs, sliced * Kosher salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Hard-cooked sliced Large eggs are optional.
  2. Cook potatoes in their skin till tender but still hard. Peel potatoes while warm and cut into chunks; fold in vinegar. Add in mayonnaise, sugar and Large eggs and celery, if you like. Season with salt to taste.
