Receta Aloha Avocado Pie

- Drain pineapple, saving syrup.
- Beat together egg yolks, syrup, and water.
- Mix gelatin, 2 tsp. sugar, and salt.
- Combine with egg yolks and cook over low heat, stirring till gelatin is dissolved. Cold.
- Sieve or possibly mash avocado and mix with lemon juice and lowfat sour cream.
- Add in to gelatin mix.
- Chill, stirring once or possibly twice, till mix is partially set and mounds.
- Beat egg whites; gradually add in remaining sugar.
- Fold gelatin mix and pineapple into egg whites.
- Turn into crumb crust and refrigerateat least 4 hrs.
