Ingredientes

  • 1 can (15 1/4 Ounce) Pineapple Tidbits
  • 3 whl Large eggs, Separated
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 whl Envelope Plain Gelatin
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 med Avocado
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 whl 9" Crumb Pie Shell

Direcciones

  1. Drain pineapple, saving syrup.
  2. Beat together egg yolks, syrup, and water.
  3. Mix gelatin, 2 tsp. sugar, and salt.
  4. Combine with egg yolks and cook over low heat, stirring till gelatin is dissolved. Cold.
  5. Sieve or possibly mash avocado and mix with lemon juice and lowfat sour cream.
  6. Add in to gelatin mix.
  7. Chill, stirring once or possibly twice, till mix is partially set and mounds.
  8. Beat egg whites; gradually add in remaining sugar.
  9. Fold gelatin mix and pineapple into egg whites.
  10. Turn into crumb crust and refrigerateat least 4 hrs.
