Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Banana, mashed
  • 4 c. Flour, all-purpose, sifted
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 can Pinapple crushed 15 1/2 ounce can
  • 1 c. Coconut

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in Large eggs and mix well. Stir in bananas. Sift flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt together. Add in to cream mix and mix well. Mix in undrained pineapple and coconut. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 loaf pans. Pour batter into pans. Bale at 350 for 70 min till tester come out clean. Remove from pans to cold
