Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt JELL-O sugar-free instant chocolate, (4-serving) pudding mix
  • 2/3 c. Carnation Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk Pwdr
  • 2 c. Crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, undrained (two 8-oz cans)
  • 1/2 c. Cold Whip Free
  • 1 tsp Coconut extract
  • 1 x Keebler chocolate pie crust, (6-oz)
  • 2 Tbsp. Flaked coconut

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry millk pwdr. Add in undrained pineapple. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in Cold Whip Free and coconut extract. Proportionately spread mix into pie crust.
  2. Sprinkle coconut proportionately over top. Chill for at least 20 min. Cut into 8 servings.
  3. HINT: Good topped with 1 Tbsp. Cold Whip Lite, but do not forget to count the few additional calories.
