- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Stir fry the cauliflower florets and cubed potatoes in oil. Remove once they are half cooked. Keep them aside.
- In another pan, heat oil.
- Add bay leaf, cloves and sliced onions. Sautee for 10 mins. Now add chopped ginger.
- Now add chillies and tomatoes. Mix everything well and let it cook for 5 mins.
- In a small bowl mix turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder and mustard powder with water.
- Add this mixture to the pan. Mix everything well.
- Finally add cauliflower florets and cubed potatoes to the masala. Add some water and let it cook for 10 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with phulkas.
