Ingredientes

  • 500 gm Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 25 gm Cornflour
  • 25 gm Rice flour Salt to taste
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds oil, (2 g)
  • 100 gm Frzn green peas, blanched
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr, (2 g)
  • 4 x Green chillies, minced fine
  • 20 gm Coriander leaves, minced fine 5 g ginger, julienned Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Add in cornflour, rice flour and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Heat a little oil and season with cumin seeds. When they crackle, add in green peas and all the remaining ingredients. Cook for a while and remove from heat.
  2. Divide the mashed potato into lemon sized portions. Roll into c. shapes and put a little green pea filling into each. Close the c. and shape into patties.
  3. Shallow fry in oil on a warm tawa over medium heat until brown. Serve warm with mint chutney.
