Receta Aloo Palak Paneer
Ingredients:
- Paneer Cubes – 1 cup
- Potatoes – 1 cup, cubed
- Palak (Spinach) – 2 cups, boiled, ground
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Onion Paste – 1 cup (boiled and ground)
- Tomato Paste – 1/2 cup (boiled and ground)
- Cinnamon – 2
- Cardamoms – 2
- Bay Leaf – 2
- Cloves – 2
- Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Butter – 50 gms
- Oil – 100 ml
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat little oil in a pan and fry the paneer till golden.
2. Remove and keep aside.
3. Fry the potatoes till light golden and remove.
4. Add some more oil and fry the cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaves for 30 seconds.
5. Add the onion paste, tomato paste, ginger garlic paste and stir well.
6. Add garam masala powder, butter, ground spinach and mix well.
7. Add salt, fried potatoes, paneer and stir to mix well.
8. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
9. Remove and transfer to a serving bowl.
10. Serve as a side dish to chapati or pulao. Aloo Palak Paneer, 4.0 out of 5 based on 1 rating
