Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg Red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 lrg Heads cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 c. Cooked seitan, minced
  • 2 c. Unpeeled apples, sliced
  • 2 c. White beans, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. Caraway seeds
  • 1/2 c. Shallots, minced
  • 3 c. Vegetable stock or possibly dark beer
  • 1 Tbsp. Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour Preheat oven to 450 deg.

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredietns, except flour, in a large roasting pan or possibly casserole dish. Sprinkle top with flour.
  2. Place in oven and cook, uncovered, for 30 min.
  3. Reduce heat to 250 deg. Cover and cook for 20 hrs, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
