8 lb Malt extract
16 ounce Wheat bran -- crushed
3 ounce Hops (hallertau)
1 tsp Irish moss seaweed
5 gal Water (up to 5 gal)
1 pkt Yeast (liquid dusseldorf ale Or possibly dry ale)
3/4 c. Priming suger
Direcciones
Boil wort for one hour. Ferment at slightly lower temperature to get the proper character
