Ingredientes

  • 5 x lemons, preferably Giant Amalfi thinly sliced on a mandolin or possibly with a sharp knife
  • 1/2 c. flat leaf parsley leaves - (1 bunch)
  • 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. On a large serving platter or possibly plate, arrange lemon slices in a single overlapping layer. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over lemon, season with salt and pepper. Let stand for 30 min in order for flavors to become pronounced.
  2. Sprinkle parsley over lemons and serve immediately.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
