Ingredientes

  • Recipe for 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 c. Amaretto
  • 1 1/2 c. commercial lowfat sour cream
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 T Amaretto
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted
  • Grated chocolate
  • Chocolate leaves
  • Strawberry halves

  1. Press graham cracker crust mix firmly on bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of a 9 inch springform pan.Beat cream cheese at high speed of an electric mixer till light and fluffy; gradually add in 1 cup sugar, beating well. Add in large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1/3 cup Amaretto; pour mix into prepared pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 min or possibly till mix is set.
